A company with a purpose

Helping everyone—from CEOs to parents —focus on what truly matters, with a touch of sensitivity and peace

An organisation
with a soul

Hayatti means « My Life » in Arabic.

I use this word to remind myself of the importance of owning what is mine and not letting society, norms, or culture take that away.

I named my coaching practice Hayatti to inspire my sensitive clients to own their lives and choices without letting external noise pollute their spirit. Hayatti is my mantra for mental freedom and peace.

& Co represents collaboration. I invite other inspirational coaches to provide participants with diverse perspectives on Emotional Intelligence.

A Coaching Practice Driven by Sally

In February 2024, after a successful 13-year career with various tech giants, including Google, I made a pivotal decision to transition into a new career. Despite the impressive perks and my deep appreciation for the company, burnout in 2022 forced me to reevaluate my professional life.
Post-COVID, I began questioning the meaning behind my long days of non-stop meetings.
By 2023, I realized my tech career no longer brought me joy. The financial rewards felt like a ‘Golden Cage,’ and I constantly questioned my purpose, feeling like I was racing against time.
It was clear that I needed a change.
Having side-hustled as an Emotional Intelligence coach for several years, I decided to overcome my fears and turn my passion into a full-time, fulfilling career.
Inspired by James Clear, I slowly shifted my focus from « seeking life’s meaning » to « creating meaningful things with my life. »
Now, I am dedicated to growing my coaching practice and developing my business with ease, flow, and fearless action (thanks to @Positive Intelligence)
It’s incredible—even to me—how alive and aligned I feel today. The challenges of burnout led to profound transformations, giving me the clarity to understand what truly matters and gracefully let go of what doesn’t.
This is the clarity I strive to bring to my clients, helping them move away from chronically overwhelming lives to living authentically and purposefully, focusing on what truly matters.
